Count me in. I live in a 55+ housing community in Florida and only pay $625 per month for lot rent, taxes, HOA etc. paid 28 grand cash for an ok mobile home, spent another 20 grand modernizing it. Community comes with 3 pools 5 hot tubs, bingo night, dances, and a bunch of other entertainment. My home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, patio, small shed, carport, 2 car driveway. Life is good and affordable. Plus I am 20 minutes from the beach when no traffic, 90 minutes from Disney.

This reminds me of a city I lived in in North Carolina. There was a long drought going on so they enforced water conservation which they enforced with draconian measures. People caught washing their car and watering their lawns were subject to $1,200 fines and possible jail time. This lasted for about 1 year.

As could be expected, people used very little water doing this time. However, the water company took a revenue beating which threatened to bankrupt the water department. The town commission then enacted acted a monthly fee of $75.00 to help subsidize the water department. The fee was more than the average water bill.

This is what the Democrats want to do to us with climate change and Covid. They want to change our nature and start conserving resources then cry broke when the revenue disappears.
