It's called bulletproof coffee.

It's a great way to intermittently fast.

I put about the equivalent of a pat of good butter like you get in a restaurant and some heavy whipping cream in my coffee. The mug is one of those large silver YETI-type mugs but I’m not sure how many ounces that is. I have 2 or 2.5 of those a day.

In addition to other food, my meals include two hard boiled eggs a day and sometimes a couple of slices of bacon.

My cholesterol has gone down steadily over the last couple of years. My HDL is down to 57.

coffee with butter (unsalted of course), coconut oil and a little heavy cream all whipped up with an immersion blender is good. Very rich and smooth.

I've done it before. Not bad. I tried the regular butter. Haven't tried the grass-fed butter. I'm not sure what store around me would sell such a product.
