1. What is the blue shed, exactly? I mean, I watched some last night, but what is it? A snow cone hut? And how did it become the place that Jeff picked to hunker down....of all places?
2. Who is Jeff? How does he have the following of a Kardashian? Never heard of the guy before last night, but as of today, you'd think he was a rock star.

1. Blue shed appeared to be an everyday snowball stand and it just so happened to remain standing (as of Jeff's periscopes) while the 140mph gusts destroyed most of the car wash structure behind him.

I appreciate the answer (and the more humorous version). That said, how did everyone find him? For him to have that kind of following last night, it would seem people had to know about him beforehand. There's a bunch of storm chasers out there, but he seems to have endeared himself to a pretty large crowd. Is there a story behind that?
