Mainly tells me union workers get more vacation time and they don't need to work 2 jobs.
And that lots of people making great money in NY and California take more time off.

The criteria seems to be mainly about how many hours are worked, how many have 2 jobs, how many households only have one spouse working, and how much vacation time people take.
It's actually a much better statement about the quality of life for a state to be at the bottom of this list.
Especially those states with powerhouse economies where so many people make good money without leading the world in work hours.
