Mainly tells me union workers get more vacation time and they don't need to work 2 jobs.
And that lots of people making great money in NY and California take more time off.

It's actually a much better statement about the quality of life for a state to be at the bottom of this list.
Especially states with powerhouse economies where so many people make good money while still being lowest in work hours.
The criteria seems to mainly be many hours are worked, how many people have 2 jobs, how many households are able to only have one spouse working and how much vacation time people take.
