The first message was a copy of the Facebook post with no context. Our friend asked who it was and their response was a concerned neighbor. Our friend responded with an ok, thanks Karen (put in the actual neighborhood Karen’s name). Then the person has responded multiple times telling our friend she thinks she is so smart and she has the wrong person and that they need to clean up the dogs shite. They’ve probably texted about 3-4x.
Our friend has blocked the number and all that stuff but I was hoping to figure out who it was. Again, you can’t fight crazy unless you go crazy but I was hoping the OT could sleuth it out.

Its prob a google number. Or some kind of burner. Who'd do that from a legit number?

FYI
Under Louisiana law, property owners along a road own to the centerline of the road, unless a public servitude exists.
A public servitude (like a sidewalk or public road) gives the public legal access.
If there’s no public servitude, any easement in the front of the property is usually for government or utility purposes only.
