• No more than 3 households, including your own may gather
• The host of the gathering must collect all names and addresses of those attending
• All gatherings must be held outside
• You can go to the bathroom inside if the bathroom is frequently sanitized
• You are allowed to gather in an open park (3) households only, but no concurrent gatherings like with people you know in the sane park.
• All seating must be socially distanced • All food must be in single serve disposable dishes
• You must wear a mask at all times, unless you are physically eating or drinking
• You can only gather for 2 hours maximum
• Singing is discouraged, but if you must sing, you must wear a mask and sing below a standard speaking voice.

This pandemic is a wet dream for the dictatorial instincts of "leaders."

I don't see how any of that is enforceable and certainly wouldn't hold up in court.

I mean they have been restricting gatherings at churches. It doesn't get much higher up on the Bill of Rights than that.

You apparently don't understand Article X, Section IV of the Constitution that says "all protections of this document, to include the Bill of Rights, are null and void if there's a health emergency at which point state and local governments have power to do whatever they wish for as long as they wish."

I mean geez people, read the Constitution before you call people dictators for using their Constitutionally-guaranteed powers to make everyone feel safe.

It’s not really enforceable, but people like Chairman Newsom would enforce it if they could.

I'm a household
2 of my kids have their own household
My parents are a household
each of my brothers is their own household
a niece who is in college is her own household

That's 7 households .. who do I tell to not come to dinner???

(For the record I'm not in Cali and even if JBE put these restrictions in place, I wouldn't care ... if you're comfortable coming, come right on over.)

None of them, because it’s a ridiculous, unenforceable, unconstitutional rule.

Unfortunately you do. Your best bet is to move to Texas and vote blue.

Judges are appointed by liberal politicians or voted in by liberal morons.

They're not going to apply the constitution as written.

You just sing the "little bit softer now" and stop before you get to "a little bit louder now".
