Experts have in the past suggested people in northern European countries are happier because they earn a lot of money, live long lives and have good government support services.
That shite would make me happy too

7.5 vs 6.9??
I bet if you just ask middle to upper class white America (which is basically what a scandivian country is at this point) this question that the number is higher than 7.5.

ITT - a gross misunderstanding of economic policies and racism.

Smaller populations, forced assimilation and everyone pays in.

The rate between the US upper class and the Scandinavian countries isn’t really all that different. The big difference is the lower and middle classes pay a lot more there.

Private driver in Iceland a week ago last Saturday told me the suicide rate was high there because daylight was so limited that people found themselves depressed. Just saying.

People like you completely make an arse out of yourself with your ignorance towards these places. The "democratic socialist" of this country don't want to be anything like Denmark, even if that's what they say on the surface. If you look at their policies lined in the Green New Deal, that is very far away from what places like DK actually are. It's especially true with the way they're moving further right.

My wife’s family is Finnish. Every time the home country gets brought up they talk about how shitty it is.

Populations of these countries:
Denmark- 5.7 mil
Finland- 5.5 mil
Norway- 5.2 mil
Iceland- 338,000
Switzerland- 8.4 mil
All countries are of highly homogeneous makeup.
All countries are top 15 in world GDP per capita.
I mean, it's like comparing Connecticut to the rest of the world.
These lists are kind of silly.

Northern Europe has higher than average suicide rates and higher than average antidepressant use. Not sure they're as satisfied as they claim to be.

Don’t worry
Once the Muslim fanatics invasion reaches full density the countries will be different there

To be honest a homogenous group of people tend to have similar beliefs and values
Not to mention the country size and population. No big surprise there

This. And their government is darn near solvent from socialistic policies.
And they’ve admitted their “free” healthcare system is terrible and bleeding money.
