It wouldn't surprise me at all if the person who was responsible for reviewing things just replied "Looks good!" to the e-mail sent for review. I work with a number of these types.

The mom has since come out and told people they are overreacting. Said she saw the shirt before and that she didn't care just like the other 10 shirts he modeled that day.
