The investigation also showed Morris made 136 orders from various other vendors

several fast food restaurants
And every order was supersized combo of whatever was the largest cheeseburger on their menu.
But with a Diet Coke to drink.

She's 31 and was using her elderly aunt's card. I'm going to guess the elderly aunt may have diminished mental capabilities. That'll usually escalate things.
Still doesn't make a lot of sense but that's the first thing that came to mind.

She gets $18 mill bond while violent hood rats get cashless bail and are in the street next day

She looks like she posts on the Poli Board
An entitled bitch who thinks everything is owed to her, stealing from an elderly person? Definitely a democrat poster. Probably posts more on the OT or Movie/TV board. Would say soccer board but she’s clearly not a gay male.

Her biggest mistake was not murdering all of the DoorDash drivers. The bond would’ve been much less then...

That would put her in top 10 bond amount in U.S. history if I’m reading that correctly. Someone needs to review this egregious amount.
I’m all for a high amount but this is abuse.
I’m strictly talking about the bond amount. If she is guilty , I hope the years is high.

Have you met a prosecutor or DA lately? Threaten everyone with the max, get them to plead out of fear, rinse, repeat. Not the same in blue areas with "POC" violators, of course.

Again I’m simply talking about the bond amount. It’s not rinse/repeat if it’s top 10 highest amount.
I’ve already commented today on everyone turning everything into left or right is evil. I’ve had my daily max. I didn’t even comment on the poster who says she must be a democrat lol. I just assumed some meant ppl of certain “looks”, it’s wild that includes anybody who does something bad. Y’all have it, I’m not here to take away y’all joy.

My point is authoritarianism and fear is the goal, no matter which direction it comes from. I was going to try to tie the bond amount to the out of state vehicle impoundments that occurred mere decades ago, but I couldn't think of a way to articulate it.
I've got no problem locking this chick up for a felony, but was trying to point out the consistent lunacy of over-charging that exists, particularly on the federal level. Louisiana and Georgia never failed to disappoint me when I lived in either one, either.
ETA: It feels very much like a fear of one's own prosecutorial incompetence. On the consulting side, I tell the younger folk that when you pack slides with jargon and tons of crap to read, that means you're not confident in your own knowledge or ability. That's what over-charging feels like.
