Hairstylist mishap nearly gave me third degree burn. Any legal recourse?

So my go-to stylist is in Jackson Hole vacationing and I get stuck with her alternate stylist. While shampooing my hair she must have not been paying attention to water temperature and scalded the hell out of my scalp and neck.
I’m debating on going to ER, but would like to see if you all think I have a legal case here.

Does your nervous system function properly? Water doesn't go from room temp to scalding hot in a second.
