If you have visible clear water blisters, you might have a case. If just red and painful, I doubt it, but I am not a lawyer.
My recommendation would be to call your lawyer and ask him or her. This is a poor place to get free legal advice, because the lawyers here make no money so they give flippant advice.
I know for a fact, if a lawyer thinks they can make money, they will take the case.
If you strike out, the ER visit will set you back maybe $2,000.00, so you need to decide right away if you are serious or just Bull Shitting on a slow afternoon.
Without permanent disfiguration, I doubt you would get more then a pittance from a beauty parlor.
You know what - Go for it and keep us updated.
