I'm sure there are a lot more details to this thing, but it does sound like they might have been harassing him. Maybe. I guess... whatever.... frick THE PO-LICE!

Heard about it today. Remember, Fort Sumter? The war has started.
We didn't want this to happen, but we will finish it.
My boys Skidmark and Red Patch are ready to ride. We're feeling serious burns here in our areas. We have no choice.
I'll keep you posted after I meet with the guys in San Francisco.
...you know the spot...

He could have easily documented the incidents, hired a lawyer, and sued for harassment of his claims are justified. Instead, he acts like a prick. He is getting what he deserves.

Would do no good to sue or complain about it. This is a very common practice.

Lol I love it when civies say shite like this.
We operate under a completely set of different rules. You don't like it? Then get out of our way.

Documents tendered during Orrock’s bail application say he went to Newtown police about 3am on Friday and said “you f***** move that car right now…you f****** move it right away or otherwise I will burn it down.”
When keeping it real goes wrong.

You can call Scott many things, but you will never be able to call him a liar

Technically & legally nothing. But really they were fricking with him pretty hard bordering on harassment.
Clearly, they were protecting and serving him as cops are known to do.

The cops created the problem. There would've been no shite if they hadn't started it. I have a hard time feeling sorry for someone that starts shite and crys about the results. Payroll deduct out of the cops checks for the destroyed govt property. I bet the next time they'd think before they acted.

Funny things happen when cops act like assholes towards someone who's willing to be a bigger a-hole.

Were they investigating him? Doesn't look like they were.
Did they have evidence he was breaking any laws? doesn't look like they did or they'd have arrested him before this.
Looks pretty clear to me they were just trying to harass him and hurt his business. Was it right for him to burn their truck? No. But I understand why he did it.

Not worthy of a thread but I met some Bandidos last night. Two old white guys dressed like Mexican gangbangers. Not what I was expecting.

I used to frequently visit a bar that received this kind of treatment from the State Troopers. They would go through the parking lot and spotlight all the vehicles, walk through the bar several times a week and frequently park a car in the parking lot. They actually ended up building a substation right behind the bar and the bar finally closed. There were rarely fights there, and people were very well behaved. Rumors of drug dealers visiting the bar brought it to the AST attention.
