I’ve not said it is a scam. I’ve generally just asked questions and posted what I’ve found.

This has absolutely nothing to do with you. Ive seen these kind of threads often on here and the social outcasts all pile on spreading doubt. And they're usually wrong, they just love drama. If its a scam, pile on and i will join in. BUt in a thread where a guy is apparently mourning his dead wife, its tacky and shows a lack of class.
