Sonya Biles is the sisters name. Her fb isn’t private, so I don’t think sharing her name is an issue. She posted 10 hours ago about her sister Carri carrol dying after knee surgery

Sorry for your loss, Baw. I almost lost mine at 43 and 46 so I can almost understand. I found a few pics of you online. You definitely have a little coon dog in you. 
I was lucky that someone reminded me right away to make sure my daughter was ok emotionally. It is hard when you are in a fog and running on auto-pilot. The kids just lost a big chunk of their world also, so things are in turmoil for them too. A hug and a kind word means a lot.
You are going to be able to look back on this and realize you are stronger than what you think. Keep taking the steps necessary to get you and yours through.
Once again, sorry for the loss of your beautiful bride.

I know all too well what it's like to lose a loved one unexpectedly like that. I know many others have said it already, but talk to someone. It will help. You may not think so right now, but it will.
