I ran into this guy at a friends house for a beer tasting during the summer. He was talking about the theme park and his bond money that was about to come in, but he was there pushing a huge beer festival in Larose that he wants to put on. He said he had an in with Willie Nelson and thought he could get him to come play for the festival.
After that he wanted to show off his connections so he pulled out his cell phone, went through his contacts and showed me his phone, "That's Paul Tuttle, Sr's personal cell phone number!"......... Crickets........ "From Orange County Choppers" ............ Ohhhhh cool....
I'm still not sure if he's just full of shite or if he really believes everything he's selling.

He expects to build on 4000+ acres of prime real estate in/near Houma...Cripes, I don't think there are 400 acres left here that are not wetlands- unless he wants to build a "water park" feature also.

My professional opinion is this guy suffers from a serious case of delusions of grandeur. I don't think he's scamming anyone, I doubt any of it is real, there are no focus groups or any of that shite.
