Guy trolls wannabe porn stars...too harsh?

Apparently this guy owns some casting agency for low-budget pornographic films.
Anyway, the following videos are just compilations of him roasting, criticizing, and insulting several prospective "actresses".
The guy is brutal, but I can't say that his honesty isn't a welcome change of pace, especially when he questions why some of the younger women are throwing their lives away.

Why is is civility so unappreciated. Instead of criticizing or insulting people, why not have an adult conversation and tell them like it is and let them make their own decisions.

I watched two minutes of one of their videos once and wanted to throw up. It's worse than rape what they do to these desperate women. I've read a lot of people who claim they don't live up to their promises with safe words and such. Evil shite.
