You can’t just shoot a guy dead for trying to steal your car. You need to try de-escalate the situation with a qualified social worker first.

He can if the trash breached his car window. And it’s too bad one can’t shoot a thief. It’s dumb people have to stand there and watch someone stealing stuff from their car, as an example. Stealing would go way down.
