Guy always hugs wife/GF and doesn't acknowledge you. Next Move?

Tell me if I need to let this go or set it straight.
For a few years now my wife and I run into this dude at various functions around town, mostly like fundraisers and shite like that. This guy, always gives my wife a hug, which is not big deal, but then he always turns is head or walks away without acknowledging me. It happened for probably the 8th time this weekend at a function and I was close to setting the record straight with him but since it was a pretty fancy gathering my wife talked me out of it.
So I ask the OT, next time do I:
-Forcibly grab his hand and shake it like he's my bitch, letting him know that he needs to learn to make eye contact and acknowledge another man.
-Let it go.
-Eff his wife.
If it makes a difference he was probably never taught respect, doesn't have much physical presence, and his name is Grayson.

If it were me I’d hug his wife. I’d even chat her up a little bit.
I’d of course get the OK from my wife before doing this so we were on the same page. My wife and I can joke like this though. I’d let my wife know. “I’m fricking with this douche tonight. I am going to hug the shite out of his wife”
