the same thing was said about Bella Noche in Baton Rouge several years ago."

If you can't go to Bella Noche without a gun being pulled where can you go?

gm Gertie.

Wise choice, avoiding the ghetto. Did they ever get around to saying what caused Marshall Earp to skin that smoke wagon?

I wonder if he had had Doc, Morgan, and Virgil there if they would have turned that place into junk.

Wild that no charges were filed. Wonder what the motive behind that was.
Probably because the dude who pulled the gun only did so after being punched by another guy and no shots were fired. He brandished the weapon as a means to stop an attack against him. Hard to see what charge would apply and stick if the story unfolded as described.

Husband that punched the guy could be charged with battery, but the victim would have to tell cops that he wanted to press charges. Not much the cops can do if the victim leaves the scene or doesn’t want to press charges.

Guy with gun had to be kin folk to the PD for no charges.. WTF?

And there shouldn't be. Guy physically attacked him. Stand your ground. Put a bullet in him and he never lays a hand on someone ever again. Never bring fists to a gunfight.

That how the new cc law works baw. Other guy should be carrying too. Wild Wild West.

Seriously the guy was in the wrong. Should have never pulled and if he has a the ccw permit it should be revoked until he takes an anger management class.

Are you sure? The sentence is so horribly written, I'm not 100% sure based on what was posted.

When a certain sect of society starts throwing punches and a grandfather is on the receiving end expect this result.

This is my Sam's Club of choice. The problem is no enforced entrance and exit + mirror tint on glass. You have people pushing giant carts loaded with items, some small food business owners with hundreds of pounds on dollies/carts. They cant be handled quickly. Then you have people entering the store who cant see inside due to the mirror tint + walking in from bright sunlight.

I have seen multiple collisions between people coming in and carts going out. Im willing to bet that this confrontation started with someone getting hit with cart as they tried to enter.

Factually incorrect.

quote:

UWK also spoke to an employee at Sam’s Club, who asked to remain anonymous. The employee explained that the man and woman exchanged words and it got heated. The woman allegedly said something to the man, who responded to the woman. Her husband came to her defense.

“That’s when the woman’s husband comes up and he hits the man, he punches the man. When he punches the man, he pulls his gun,” said the employee.

The man didn't pull a gun on the female customer, he pulled it on her husband who assaulted him.

They should charge the puncher unless punchee doesn’t want to press.

How many punches is one required to take before pulling one’s gun to stop the attack? Is just a little loss of consciousness, facial disfigurement and/or brain damage an acceptable sacrifice for the sake of not offending the anti-gun Karens?
