These people must be on the very borderline of being functional humans. How completely unaware do you have to be to do this? In any case, I see it regularly from white trash rednecks to white collar professionals.

Undershirts go into my briefs when I wear button downs, which are tucked into pants. Prevents bunching or the undershirt from riding up.
