Can’t you imagine what their drawers look like at the end of the day?

I’ve only left the huge turds for others to find so that I can hear the banter about them......and privately enjoy the stories of the “crazy crapper!”

I feel as if I'm contributing to the future of this, my 12 yr old son is messy and frick and doesn't clean up anything.
He'll eat something and just throw the wrapper on the floor. Wat do I do ? Go behind him and pick it up, that's right.

That’s definitely your boss doing that. It’s one way to assert one’s dominance over others.

The same little kids who peed all over the seat and floor in elementary school have the same respect for public restrooms today. Some of the stuff I’ve seen in professional setting restrooms is just mind-boggling.

Same environment here. A consistent complaint at our office is that the engineers crap and urinate all over the place. Call it being distracted, dissociated from polite society, on-the-spectrum, whatever.

What is your generational break down? More common in older or younger people?
People can be gross in work settings because they think other people will clean up after them. Must be lucky with the people I've worked with, never encountered anything mentioned in this thread (and I'm a "gross" woman).
However, I cannot think of a workplace where the men would stick around after an office party or a potluck to do clean up afterwards. Rarely help set up before hand either. Just show up when the food is ready and and then disappear after dessert. Not just management but entry level guys too, just entitled. They were also the habitual leaver or dirty plates/cups in the kitchen sink too.

If this were my business I would put cameras in the bathroom to ID the offender and tell the perp to take care of his krap and if he refused I would fire his arse, we are civilized right?

FWIW...it's not just men. I'm a woman and a woman I work with destroys the bathroom every week. Not only does she leave the toilet with floaters, skid marks, but she always leaves some type of panty crotch rot specks all over the toilet seat. She never changes the TP roll..and the smell is unfathomable. I'd love to leave her a note suggesting she get herself checked out. I can only imagine how disgusting her house is, if she's willing to leave the bathroom in this condition for people she works with to see.

I wonder about this at movie theaters. I taught my kids from the beginning to pick up their trash and drop it in the can on the way out. But, most folks just leave their shite there with the "they pay people to clean up" attitude.

I will never for the life of me understand this shite. What kind of turd do you have to be to do this? Should be a felony.

fr33 you jest, but I'm tempted on a slow day to just sit outside the bathroom in a chair and after every single person leaves go in there and check the state of things.
Don't be a bata, go in the stall with them and stare at them while they shite. If they don't flush grab them by the back of the head and throw them back into the stall and say you're not finished MF'r. Flush your shite.

I worked in an office that had a bathroom right off the cubicle area. It was understood between the guys that if you took a dump in there you had balls. One early morning I walked in there and the smell was overpowering of a fresh dump.
I looked and the toilet was filled with dump that it was cresting above the water line. There was no way one person could have done this. We figured someone from another department came in after hours. The boss saw it and advised not to flush it and that he would call maintenance. Right before he made the announcement someone flushed and it backed up in the bathroom. Maintenance was not happy.
