Someone in Applebee's fricked up not knowing their clientele.

Damn I gotta change family dinner plans tonight.

I could write a book from my college serving days. One woman was furious we wouldnt comp her entire meal because they put fries instead of rice on her plate, she winds up getting fries and rice. Yet she said "yall done messed up my food why it not free"

One wanted to speak to a manager because her shrimp cocktail was cold.

They're stealing, but the waiter and manager had to have realized what was going on yet continued to bring the food and leave the plates.

It’s racist if you don’t let black people steal.

Hopefully they boycott Applebees. More peace for the rest of us.

I have had to deal with a similar situation years ago. They try to argue and confuse you. I told them this is my place and thid is what I am offering. Take it or leave it. Further argument results in me exercising right to refuse service. They know they can intimidate and outnumber you. You cam train managers for this but litigation and liability i fluency everything. Until society says enough is enough and let the businesses do what they need to do then you will always have this.
