Just screenshot the facebook post baw. A acquaintance you know just well enough to call a Facebook "friend" posted a rumor that someone she works with knows someone in the national guard who said a full lockdown is coming on Monday.

That about cover it?

So you’re posting on a message board to try and create more panic buying?

INB4 some internet tough guy says he "isn't going to take the shutdown without a fight"

I dont want to close but may have to. Most of my vendors are in NY and CA. And since they are shut down my shipments are dwindling and will soon stop. If I dont have anything to sell there is no reason for me to open up each morning.

The recommended quarantines should have been for persons over 65 and anyone with respiratory (or other serious) problems.

They vast majority of reasonably healthy people will survive this without a problem, but we have tanked our economy now. Sure some businesses will rehire past employees when everything passes, but many of these companies may fail in the meantime.

I just picked up shite paper and a few small items at Walmart. What a mess. A line of people at a pallet and once the pallet was gone, too bad.

I would trust you more if you could write in complete sentences with proper grammar and punctuation.

OK, I want you to imagine all of the people preparing by going to the grocery store. Now think of those who you know full well will not, as they never do. Now, think of grocery stores being shut down and the pandemonium and anarchy that would take place with these non prepers being unable to feed themselves.

That’s why I don’t see grocery stores being totally shut down. They’d be shooting people in the streets and breaking into homes in a matter of days, not weeks.

You realize you can still go to the grocery store if a shelter in place is put in action

I was told there is a massive warehouse in Nee Orleans where the national guard is being trained on how to use Walmart cash registers.

Went to Sams at lunch to pick up a case for my new cellphone.

Placed was packed, people waiting in parking lots for baskets.

People seemed committed but not in a panic. Plenty of T-P available, it seemed, 1 pack per customer.

Also, Scan and Go, TYFYS

But even if we do get locked down, we can still go to grocery. Of course, when that announcement is made, you are going to have another panic rush set in.
