Smoked sausage! WOE BABY! My dad used to "KILL" everybody's hogs in our part of the world for a ham or sausage portion or maybe a side of bacon. And that was his specialty. He would hand make that sausage and eat it raw til it was just right. Conecuh is the closest thing to his sausage but it doesn't measure up. He was the kindest ole soul in the world til it became Hog Killing Weather. Those hogs would start getting nervous the first cold snap in the fall. He would smack'em hard in the back of the head with the blunt end of an axe. And our smoke house would stay full til the next fall.

I'm not sure why some shite poor people in dirt floor shacks made became some southern staple in 2019

How can you have such an aggressive opinion on freaking grits? How small is your dick to be this angry?

Funny you should mention that. I'm studying on maybe some Reds with Jasmine rice with garlic, onions, peppers, and a little RO TEL with a dash (or two) of cayenne for supper.

Maw Maw does something akin to that. No Jasmine rice though, it'll turn that bowl of beans into a puddle of mud.

Grits are good but will never be as great as they were cooked with the Kraft roll of garlic cheese.

F*CK Kraft for doing away with a staple of Southern cooking.

How do you take your grits creamy, regular, or al dente?

Are those instant grits, or do you take pride in your grits?

Yes, but he said hotels, not restaurants

Do hotels without restaurants usually serve food other than continental breakfast?

Grits for an entire meal? I like them as a breakfast side but that’s it.
