Great girl likes me-need opinions of how to handle

So I met a girl in a class at. I'd go as far as to say she is a little too good for me. (OT hard 8) Surprisingly she made the first move and since then we have really hit it off. I haven't been in a relationship for quite some time now and I am unsure if I should take this and run with it or not. I enjoy being single and being able to be a normal college kid. I feel as though she may try to slow down my shenanigans: day drinking, bowling, doing things scar face would endorse. She likes "bro-ing down" with the boys, never complains a bit. The other day I came home and she had made brownies (she knows my garage code and let herself in). These types of things are making me cautious. She seems to be super cool and understanding but we all know how that can change once you put the gf tag on em.
Should I keep this going or is she secretly crazy?
