So today I have a co-worker that says it wasn't even Alton that was flashing the gun in the first place and that's why he didn't comply... he says Alton was like why me I haven't done anything... co-worker says there is an in store video that proves it was someone else flashing a gun and they just haven't released it yet....

I agree with this.... he lives near that area and of course he thinks it was an unjust shooting... he will not admit that if Alton would have just complied he would still be alive....

Okay.. He sounds like he knows what he is talking about. But that's the problem. People are feeding other people's bullshite like that and that's why they think they are not getting "justice".
Either way, on the video I saw. There was a fat black dude on the ground, with the police trying to arrest him and when they saw him reach for his pocket (that happened to have a loaded gun in it) they shot him before he could get to the gun and start shooting at them.
If he didn't do anything then not complying is still not the best way to go. Even if that was the case, he was still illegally carrying a gun, illegally selling pirated CDs... He put himself at risk.
