The criteria for observation was strict. More than one observer and tracked by more than one sensor. Ie. Pilot visual,+ onboard sensor, + radar tracking by a second party.. like an aircraft carrier.

How can you say this for sure? Considering how big the universe is, I just think the odds of there being another planet with life on it is pretty good.
And with these UAPs (or UFOs), I just find it hard to believe that there is a program or another country that is able to make these vehicles that are able to do things that are thought to be impossible without other humans being able to figure out how to do it.
With as much spying that goes on around the world, I just don't think anyone would be able to create something that high powered without some kind of knowledge where it is coming from.
