Exactly....kinda like how he “shut down” Firehouse BBQ months ago
Until a court decides JBE can’t enforce anything

He can say that all he wants but he no longer has the power to hold businesses to the restrictions Which is why bars are staying open til 2 & allowing people to actually sit at the bar

That’s not exactly true. The petition has no long term power. It’s only a temporary measure

Attorney General Jeff Landry confirmed that JBE’s mandates and restrictions are terminated and he’s not above the law and must follow it!

That needs to be reposted daily so those poor souls who haven’t figured it out yet can see who these “experts” guarding their health really are and what they really do.

I don't wear one anywhere, because I don't want to. You keep wearing yours and I'll keep not wearing mine. I do, however, think those that wear them are giant pussies, but that's just like my opinion man

So I guess you are the one that doesn’t go to many places cause everywhere in Louisiana it’s required.

*many

There are a lot of places that are not enforcing the mandate

WalMart
Bar
Grocery Store
Gas Station
Inspection Sticker place
Waffle House

Just a few places I’ve been without a mask

Unless the Covid blows up in his face. Public is fickle. Covid blows over he is a hero. Covid gets worse he is a noncandidate.

So you can’t be free with a mask on. I’m not saying to wear it with family, but when you go to the restaurant you wear and then take it off at the table how hard is that.

I'll use common sense when entering a business. If they have a mask requirement, I'll use one but I also look at how busy they are. If there is hardly anyone in there, I do take it off. But if it is busy and I see elderly people, I do respect their decision. That being said, I'm sure that it has been discussed before but I've always thought that to walk to your table with a mask on but can take it off at the table was just plain dumb. I walked into a restaurant one time and our table was literally 10 feet from the front door. I didn't even put it on. What do people think? Do some people actually think that a table is a safe zone and the virus can only be caught while walking to your table? If someone is that concerned, then order pickup or curbside. My SIL is a RN and she has said that the mask mandate did slow down the rate of infection but she also said what do you think was going to happen when we opened? It was not going to stop it. It was the worst decision. This virus has to run it's course. You can't stop it. And as far as the hospital numbers that they post about ICU bed rates. Do you notice that they don't break down the percentage of who is taking up these beds? They lump every situation together and lead you to believe that they are all covid cases. Just within the last week I think that the governor of NC or SC came out with the actual stats of who was taking up their ICU beds when the MSM was declaring that they were running out of beds. She showed that only 12% was for covid use.

Nola area and BR are the only places really enforcing as of the last few months.

I’ve been to Morgan City, Ruston, Alexandria, and around Shreveport and there was zero enforcement

This thing will ultimately head to court because JBE isn’t going to lift or cancel anything because of a petition.

And will be assigned "randomly" to Janice Clark with a quickness. She will proceed to frick it up worse than it was to begin with.

Go to any store in Metairie and it's close to 100% masks. Went to Trader Joes yesterday and I felt like if I took off my mask I'd be attacked by Ken's and Karens and beat to a petchuli oil pulp.
