I tested out some irons at one of their shops and was hitting a 7i 195-200 yards. Thought it was bullshite so I hit the same iron outside on a range and it was much less. Moral of the story is get tested outside with a trackman to get accurate data

i've gone to Dick's and it said I was swinging around 119 on average, topped out at 123.

I also hit 95% of the shots in that simulator in the fairway, and all landed right by each other about 280 yards off the tee just right of the center. I hit about 50-60 drives.

Now back to reality, if i go to the driving range, about 50% of my shots go fairly straight, and they do go about 250-270 yards for the most part, some that i hit really well will go farther, and the other 50% either go straight right and would end up at least one fairway over, or i hook the shite out of it trying to adjust hitting it right all the time.

Long story short, the simulator at Dicks is worthless.

I consistently drive the ball 350+. It starts 50 yards left, travels 250 down the fairway, and finishes 50 yards right.

I can swing it about 125mph...just can't hit a ball swinging that fast. Only about 90 if I want to make Contact.

Those big box stores jack up the readings baw.

93 mph is still good though

Congrats, your number represent a juiced up simulator that probably had a 15-20% boost. Typical for retail golf shops.
