Most likely, yes. He'll also get slightly less than zero leeway as far as the whole "can i get my 79.99 raised to an 80?" crap he'll pull. He'd also better turn in solidly original papers from here on out. Aside from the military academies and a few other places, you'll typically get a "free pass" (depending on how bad the zero hurts) on the first go-round......but second strike is an out.

all I need is for the school to hand me my degree and I've got 4 places I know I could work 3 high schools and 1 college if I wanted to be a ga. They wouldn't even look at my resume I know the coaches at every stop. So as long as I've got that piece of paper I already know the people I need to get a job.
