I had a drunk Hispanic hit a small car in front of me head on. Then it sideswiped me and hit the ladies behind me head on. Then his Camaro wouldn’t drive anymore. He stumbled out his car. Had no insurance and couldn’t speak a word of English. Beer bottles fell out of his car.

Props to you. I’ve called in 7 drunk drivers and got them locked up...at least for a night. Unfortunately they get out just to commit attempted murder again regardless of the number of offenses.
