you likely would've blown just under. just refuse field and blow at station. 3+ hours for 3 low-ABV beers--the 16oz drafts are really about like a 12 oz bottle, esp if in a frosty mug. you blew that. or didn't blow that, rather.

I guess that would matter for somebody who gives up on getting an education and wants to be a police officer. Even then most of those guys have worse on their records than a DUI.

Would have still gotten the DUI and officer would have claimed he was impaired at the time. Seen it with a person who went to the station and blew .04 BAC. Had to go to court to get it thrown out. No way that officer wasn't getting their arrest.

I know for sure that’s how it is in Arkansas. But nothing good comes from that shite hole. Usually states outside of the south require education and actually pay well.

Well i guess i can only "talk" in terms of having a DWI. I'm sure for a DUI in the state of Louisiana its the same. I have to do the PTI program and they said it was mandatory whereas the DMV said i didn't need a breathalyzer.

Not sure you were drunk, man - if you enter those numbers into a BAC calculator - 2 16oz, 1 12 oz, over 2.5 hours - it turns up with 0.033% (assuming you're above 170 lbs).

Since this bullshite happened...
I have paid $700.00 for 16 hours of brutal back to back to back to back nights of DUI School
Have been to 5 counseling sessions of bullshite ($250.00 each session)
Have hired an attorney at $3,500.00
Had to get my car out of the tow lot $450.00
Had to pay $600.00 for a new license
Have lost about $2,000 in pay because of bullshite having to do outside of work (Missed Hours)
My insurance went up for $90.00/month (been with the same insurance for almost 30 years - had a great rate because of that) to $400/month
I haven't been to court yet but here is what they are suggesting for my plea bargain....
50 Hours of Community Service
1 Year of Probation ($100.00/month)
$500.00 Fine
$800.00 Court Fees (wtf ever that is)
$100.00/day to do a mandatory impound of my car ($1,000.00)
Holy shite the list goes on and on and on.
DON'T EVER DRINK AND DRIVE OR DRIVE WITH A BUZZ.
A simple uber would have cost me $6.00
