Look I don’t give a shite how people feel about blacks or any ethnic group for that matter because one thing I realized a long time ago Is that people change when they are ready to change, but dude this guy that was killed was literally trying to be a Good Samaritan . I mean we all were kids at some point, and all this race, politics shite didn’t even matter to us then because life was a lot simpler. I’m not naive, but at the end of the day we call agree that this guy is a piece of shite.

Never said he wasn't a piece of shite....but even as a piece of shite you have to prove where he was negligent.
When it comes to whether or not the kid should go to prison the fact that the guy was trying to be a good samaritan is a moot point.
The only thing that matters is....was the kid negligent or did he hit the guy on purpose or was this simply an accident.
If it is simply an accident it doesn't matter if the kid is a piece of shite or not.

“Simply an accident” doesn’t mean there may not be negligence involved.
Do I think he aimed for the guy? No.
Do I think he was fricking not paying attention when he hit him? Probably.
Do I think his handling of the situation exacerbated things? Definitely.
If the situation was as described, with a line of cars stopped and then this guy blowing through and hitting the Samaritan, I think there would be a decent amount of witnesses who could tell a jury this and they could decide it was negligence.

Everything my mutual friends say about the poor young man that is now deceased say are that he was good person trying to do a good deed...the fact that some ignorant frick hit him and felt the need to boast about it is absolutely disgusting. That guy deserves every single thing he has coming.

Ok, but again there has to be an initial crime committed. There is no law that he has to be remorseful. I think it is a given that he is a POS....but again that is moot when it comes to the law.

how many cars makes up this line? 2? 3? 29? Where were they stopped? Travel Lane? Shoulder of the road?
Define Blowing through? Was he passing them in the other lane or simply driving by them stopped on the shoulder?

People lose all sense of courtesy behind the wheel. From small things like purposely cutting someone off who is using their blinker. To gunning the engine and honking the horn when someone is pulling out or walking across and the driver (not highway) has the “right of way”, and they build up with anger should another think they could pass in front of them!

Again if a crime has been committed.
That's my only point.....just because he is a POS doesn't automatically mean he was criminally negligent.
