Shameful that folks like this are viewed as representative of an entire race. And true, there are idiots like this one from both black and white races that help feed racism in our country. We must look beyond the color of a person before making judgement. A life is a life, and all lives should matter.
I pray for the family of the victim and hope that karma will soon visit the morons that are responsible for the texting, tweeting, or whatever the hell they call it!

And, consider that traffic ahead of him was stopped to allow the men to remove the debris from the road. This kid is a real A-hole!!!

Yep. If everyone else stopped, that indicates a hazard in the road and the reasonable standard of care would be stopping.
