Galvez stops somewhere by DEMCO.
Lake Martin is a really peculiar place.
The ward line is Butch Gore Road which means that when it was St. Amant and Galvez schools, everybody south of Butch Gore went to St. Amant and everybody north went to Galvez. However, the post code boundary between Prairieville and St. Amant is Lake Martin Road. St. Amant is south and Prairieville is north. So, there was a pocket of kids that went to Galvez that lived in St. Amant. First cousins that lived across the street from each other and went to different schools.
Now we have Lake Primary and Lakeside Primary with Lake Martin Road as the boundary. Same as the post code.
