Theres absolutely nothing wrong with dating divorced women.
Just don't be the first/second they jump to when they are single.
There's an itch every newly single person needs to scratch.

on Saturday I show up at the bar, and I catch her grinding with and making out with another guy.
Run away dude.

She is also getting her story straight on why it is all your fault.
Yeah, you yelled at her in a bar in front of her friends. I wouldn't be arguing alone with her again or you're going to be sitting in cuffs.

I wouldn't date a girl who would grind and make out in a bar with anyone, including me.

I see its been said multiple times already but i would not hang around, personally.

This is a good point.

Being drunk isn’t an excuse. It just lowers inhibitions. That means she’s geared towards cheating, she just keeps herself from doing it normally. But alcohol just lowers those mental barriers. Some people are geared towards cheating, some are not. Find one who isn’t

Don't even keep her around as a slam piece. You're compromised, and she's manipulative.

use it for what it is. you could have a frick buddy for a lil while if she's actually fun and good in bed.

personally, can handle my liquor and have turned down advances from women while under the influence. my wife can not and thus doesn't drink without me.

Am I making the right decision here?
No. There is no "drunk enough" that grinding on and making out with someone else is okay. Move on.

Yea this is very surprising my baw.
I though you were much better than this
In my past relationships I have honestly treated women like shite. I guess I'm so hell bent on changing myself that the pendulum has swung the other way.
Maybe someone needs to smack me upside the head.

agreed. after numerous drunken escapades between my wife and myself. she has put this rule upon herself. we're recovering baptists, so we don't really drink that often anyways. But last year we had a sick kid and i had to stay home from weekend birthday party and she started sending me drunken sexts till 3 AM. Fortunately she was staying with other friends who have the same values the entire time. When she got home she said she wasn't going to drink without me any more. Sure she could be lying and have had an affair and all the friends could be covering for her, but considering she was in a room with 3 other couples, 2 of who are ministers, the whole time, i'm doubting it.
i'm sure this is leaving myself open for ridicule, but if i can help vols not have heartbreak a few months down the road, i'll take the mocking.
that being said, vols, GTFO

What would you tell your best friend if he came to you asking for advice on this same scenario?
If you were my friend I would simply tell you she’s not ready for a relationship. If you can carve something else out of what you have here - say FWB, frick buddies, etc, then so be it. But do not wear your heart on your sleeve with this one. She isn’t ready.

A little problem with your fake arse story: you show up to the bar, not saying how, but you have to get an Uber to take you home, but then you DRIVE to meet the Uber to get her phone???
shite don't add up.
