With that burn, the craft is moving at 10.5 km/second. Or 6.5 miles per second. Or about 24764253575 times faster than the traffic on I-10 bridge at around 4 pm.


When it is at its apex looping around the moon it will have slowed down to .5 km/second.

When it “falls” back to earth, it will regain all that velocity and hit the atmosphere at 10.5 km/second.
