Don’t know if it’s weather change or work. Take methotrexate and it has under control but every now and then joints in hands and knees just kill me. Anyone use anything for temp pain relief

Cut back you carb intake (under 80 per day or lower) for a few days. Especially when the weather is changing.

A nice line of heroin with a little fentanyl mixed in usually helps get rid of all of my pain.

Seriously though, arthritis is horrible. My grandmother had it pretty bad. If you don't mind my asking, what age range are you in? I'm scared of getting arthritis myself since I've put my body through hell, especially my hands.

Keto will eliminate a lot of inflammation which will give you relief. It’ll take a few days to a week though to see results

My mom has it bad as well. She’s had surgeries on her fingers but still every finger points in a different direction. She can still text faster than me though.

I’ve never had any sort of CBD product realistically help, those that did I felt were just placebo affect. I tried expensive, cheap, broad spectrum, etc and never got any of these magical effects folks talk about.

Creams with super low THC though help but for obvious reasons.

Maybe you and Brennan should have not been so rambunctious?

Get Krill oil. Got a bottle from Sam's last week and knocked mine out pretty good. And I take Aleeve on the way out each day

This. Year and a half now and arthritis hasn't been a thing for me anymore, not to mention 25 pounds that went away by eating what and how much I'd really rather be eating in the first place.

Try everything mentioned.
You want to get your body’s ph levels closer to 6 to help move the garbage and inflammation out of your body.

Metaphorically, clean fuel in a well-tuned engine runs vastly different than the Mexican taxi you’ve been living in.

As others have said, I have some joint pain, not officially arthritis diagnosis, but find that low carb diet helps with joint pain and inflammation. Worth a shot. Good luck!

I do. Zero carb is the only thing that gives relief.
