The fact that most BB shoes looks somewhat like that makes this the most accurate prediction in BTTF
Second closest was the 2015 Cubs World Series.
So close

Don't worry about looks, go for comfort. The first time I walked out of the house in dress shoes and shorts I realized what my dad and grandfather had already learned.

Love the look of Vans and Chucks but they kill my feet. So do the throwback Adidas with rubber soles.
I love 80s/early 90s styling and they aren't as prevalent in fashion culture, so you can stand out just enough to be interesting.
Preferred looks would be a Saucony Jazz Low Pro in brown, gray, or maroon:
or for some thing with more flair, the Asics Gel-Lyte III in black/white or gray with a minimal pop of color

This whole thread is full of all kind of different shoes, all downvoted like OweO posts. I’m beginning to think all of you are going barefoot.

Superfeet Black insoles are mandatory...and amazing. Gives them a heel cup and some arch.

NB Arishi have been my mainstay for a while. Classic look a little more updated. Fresh Foam is the shite.

Ringo Star wears Sketchers and he is a rich old dude who can wear whatever shoe he wants, so they have that going for them.
Many tour pros wear their golf shoes, too. I'm sure they would wear something better if they weren't good shoes. I know they get them free, but their continued success may depend on good feet, so the probably wear whatever is good and then get them free, regardless.
Youngest son 6'8" wears a size 15. He wears what he can find.

Skechers makes great shoes. They are obviously branded poorly because of the shape ups and goofy look that they started with.
there are world class athletes that wear their running and golf shoes.
