Morning everyone. Storming like a MOFO here this morning. Pouring, lightning, thunder, hails and fury.
Axle broken on my trailer. I am down until August 11th. frick. Tried to rent a trailer yesterday for a couple weeks and nobody has one to fit my boat. I have no way to get the boat to the water. I would just rent a slip at the marina. It's like everything's working against it. Had to cancel all my trips and I guess I will be sitting in the shop making fishing lures for two solid weeks. Not gonna be happy.

Trust me, I looked at that. LOL. My repair is $2500. Lost revenue is probably gonna be $4500. New trailer is around 10K.
Fortunately I have another job to work so the lost revenue is not real. I will miss the trips and a chance to earn new customers but I can work in the shop and get all my orders caught up.
I just really wanna go fishing, LOL

Can’t blame you.
I looked into an overnight offshore trip but they wanted $6500. There’s only 4 of us to split the cost and one of the guys said it was too much.
