No, but I'm signed up to have it serviced annually which includes cleaning out the compressor vents, freon levels, capacitor, and condensation drains...
I had a 6 week wait when I called back in June, now pushed back 2 weeks due to people with broken AC...told them ok, but if mine breaks because I couldn't get it serviced, I would call and go ballistic on them!
