That’s aggravated cruelty to an animal and is a felony

You can go arrest him then. Bring a shovel.

How do you think things were done before filling them with poison?

Look I'm not defending these people but gunshot is still a very legal and common way of putting animals down whether you like it or not.

ETA: I'm wrong. The only good way to kill animals is to poison them to death. Guns have never ever been a common method of dispatch

No it isn’t. You aren’t a lawyer and didn’t read the statute

Cops have a hard on for killing dogs.

As long as a dog isn’t on a leash or in a contained area, all they have to do is call it a “dog at large”. Then they can legally shoot it.

1) poison is a felony
2) didn’t say that it wasn’t common for redneck idiots to kill dogs because they had some medical bills they didn’t want to pay

What the frick do you think vets shoot them up with?

A chemical that results in an animals death is a poison.

Look, I love dogs. But they get old and frail and when they are living in pain, it's cruel to make them keep suffering.

The end result of putting them down should be swift and painless.

A bullet is just as good as a doctor's poison, no matter how much it offends you personally.

Same goes with violent dogs that attack people. A bullet is quick and does the job if done right.

Saying that a doctor's poison is the ONLY acceptable way because it makes YOU feel better about killing dogs doesn't mean everyone has to feel the same way.

ETA: there's even a Veterinary Pistol

I didn’t no it was against the law to put down your own dogs? When did this start? I no a lot of ppl who have had to do this, normal farm s where a dog gets the chicken or duck or goat killing habit. Just being an to the shed and bury it

I'm not saying it's the preferable way, but some people's insistence that the ONLY way killing an animal should be done is with lethal injection is baffling.

Did he do any shooting?
He was accessory to the houndicide.

RSPO sucks and is not a friend of animals. They had a corso “trainer”/abuser on staff and some years back shot a family boxer in its own house. No surprise here.

These mfer a bunch of peta pussies. This is my opinion, if you own a dog it’s your responsibility to care for them, you abuse or torture you go to jail and never own an animal again or cannot provide for them and they grow to
Be aggressive then two choices.
A. You give up the dog for adoption and you should never be allowed to own another dog again. You do not burden the ppl around you to take care of the dog that your abandoning, you do not allow the dog to be the pound responsibility it’s your responsibility not anyone else. And you should not be allowed to Own another dog without some kinda court fees or something and probably a class on dog care.
B. You bring the dog that you’re responsible for and if he is not trainable or biting kids or animals it’s your responsibility to take care of that dog and ensure your shite is not anyone else responsibility. So you do it fast and humanely then bury the animal.

There should be no repercussions for putting down your own animal, that’s crazy. Very little pisses me off more than some dumb bitch on Facebook or the pound asking for someone to adopt a dog that is not good arounds kids or around a certain ethnicity. The owner shoulda put the damn thing down and not pawned it off on someone else which it sound like that what those neighbors did. If you raise an aggressive dog that mfer is your responsibility so you do the deed mfers.

They handled it terribly but the owners are the ones who abandoned them, I doubt they are too upset about it.
