Staffing the store properly isn’t the employees responsibility. Sure they could have hung around and helped, but when I worked retail or hourly work, my shift was over when scheduled. If they needed me longer than that, or if someone called in, I would sometimes stay, but I usually had things to do.

Yea they did this a few years ago. It's not new. But they didn't tell anyone shite and if you complain, they look at you like you're a crack head addict. It happened to me when they switched and I went in and asked if it was temporary or permanent. I got that same look of disdain from the pharmacist as the tech gave me.
If you're not sure the pharmacy is using Teva, check the label on your prescription bag BEFORE you open it. The tag will have the mfg name on it somewhere. If you see Aurobindo, hand it back to them and get a refund.
If you open that bag or drive off and try to come back, they ain't havin it.

No question. I was just saying what happened. Its on CVS to only have one other person besides the pharmacist.

I had a pharmacist cancel pain meds after I had surgery on my shattered ankle. Time was running out on the nerve block they gave me before surgery. I was on the phone for like 5 hours trying to get it rectified on a Friday and Saturday.

A guy took a mental health drug that was mis-filled by the pharmacy with the exact opposite of what he needed. Dude went nuts at work and was fired. Later that day, he took off his clothes and ran around the neighborhood. Once they got him back on the right meds, he was okay.
