128I had a prescription that was sent in Friday. I called Saturday and they told me they have it and will call me soon to let me know when its done.
Called this morning and they said they didn't have the prescription. Had to send a message to my doctor and tell him what happened. He sent it again. They called me after lunch and said it was ready..
Its not really a horror story. I wasn't in dire need, but how are you going to tell me one day you have it and will call me when its done and then a few days later say you never got it?
Oh an I give the O/U at 8 post before OWL comes in and post his stupid "When will you answer my question" bull shite he post every time I post.

I tried to pick up a prescription but some a-hole in a wheelchair was blocking the counter.
I had to roll him away as he mumbled some crap about owls being a-holes or something.
Not a horror story but really a nuisance

This is a local place. Actually its the only time I ever had a problem. The lady who runs the place called and apologized and explained she has some new workers..
But I hear people complain about CVS more than any place. Someone told me awhile back they were actually in CVS. It was the pharmacist and the girl checking out people. There was a line of people checking out. The girl's shift was over, she left the register and left.. And the pharmacy was there having to check people out and fill prescriptions. Stuff like that seems to be common at a CVS.

Actually I had to log into an app to message my doctor. It was wild.
Seriously, it wasn't a big deal, but I hear people talk about shite they deal with with their pharmacist from time to time. I figured some of yall would have some interesting experiences.

Not really a horror story, but it was a good opportunity to share that story.
I did feel bad that someone may have to go without pain pills after surgery or something though and took them back to the pharmacy. Had I known they would just toss them out, I would have kept them.

So they just gave you the wrong meds? I guess you had to return them anyway to get what you were prescribed, but damn.. they were just handing out percocet.

One is in 2009 two of the kids and I caught the swine flu at Disney World - none of the major pharmacies had any tamiflu bc it was the summer
Then Walgreens messed up one of my son’s amoxicillin prescriptions once - instead of the pink stuff they gave him the orange flavored stuff with potassium - not a big deal but it wasn’t the prescription
