I'm the oldest of 3 kids, and the only girl. I hunted when I was a kid, until my brothers were old enough to hunt. I stopped hunting when I was about 12. I still love to fish. It has nothing to do with impressing men. I know a lot of women that still hunt because they grew up hunting.
Golf is stupid because I suck at it.
Eta: I also recognize that there are certain activities that men do together to get away from women. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Fishing I think is different. I should have specified hunting. And hunting as a kid is different. I mean grown women going hunting with their SOs and who swear they love it. What they love is attention and security. Not shooting guns and killing animals.

I stopped hunting because I saw Bambi, and I refused to shoot deer. 
I still love shooting guns. I don't like killing animals.
Eta: I honestly know 1 woman that genuinely loves to hunt. She is my 1st cousin. Been hunting her whole life. She kills at least 3 deer a season.
