She is used to being taken care of, and used to having someone there. She is rushing marriage with the first person she dates so she can have that back and hasn’t adjusted to the single life.
If you marry her, it will be a disaster in about a year when she realizes she didn’t truly love you enough for marriage and she will leave you and take half your shite. Friend of mine did this after his first divorce, got remarried real fast and it was a train wreck. Got divorced again

She’s definitely looking for someone to pay the bills and take care of her. She’s not used to being alone and just wants anyone to fill the void of her dead husband.

If it were a life insurance policy the life insurance company would have requested an autopsy due to his age. The only way it can be shot down is if the state declines it but that's unlikely under these circumstances.
Plus that payment option he's describing doesn't sound like a life insurance death benefit.
Calling bullshite on this one.
