It seems that whites on tigerdroppins know more about black American culture than the blacks on tigerdroppins. Which is rather mind boggling.

this is really a culture/class issue and not a race issue. the lower class culture is pretty similar across races. lots of overlap
it just gets turned into a race issue b/c people want to further that meme, especially in today's socio-political climate

Unfortunately ignorant trash will always ruin it for everyone.
I would suggest that you just keep exposing your kids to bigger and better things and different types of people.
My biggest fear right now if for my daughter.
Right now her best friends at school are a little asian girl who doesn't speak english and a little white girl.
Sadly, I know as they get older, that probably will not be the case.

If they could pick the LSU campus up and move it to Texas (really, anywhere would be ok) I would never step foot in La again. I love memories of growing up in BR and will always cherish them, but those days are gone and it is a shame.

Slight disagree. I think it gets turned into a race issue because horrible incidents like this, just give people an excuse to lash out at other races.
I think to applies to all races.
Regarding the incident in the post, I don't care what the black girls reasoning was, there is zero justification and she should be met with the full force of the law.
You can mix up the races however you want and I would still say the same thing.

You see if this was a white family moving into a white neighborhood and their little white hoodlum tries to run rampant in the neighborhood that kid would be straightened up very quickly by the neighbors but it is taboo for white neighbors to step in and try to do anything to a black hoodlum kid so instead,up comes the for sale signs and the rest is history.

but like i said earlier. this board (using it as a barometer since it was called racist) does the SAME shite with white trash
but the discussion only gets tilted when it's minorities in the video (by some, not all)
that's why i want a clear word for black trash. that way there is no dancing around the issue and no false interpretations.
