Chicago is not getting a blizzard. fricking people think 4" of snow is a blizzard.

The forecast I see calls for anywhere from 5 to 10 inches. But that indeed does not make a blizzard. What does make a blizzard is
1. A blizzard warning
2. Snow rates of 1 to 2 inches an hour
3. Wind enough to cause the possibility of white out
4. I think these conditions have to stay consistent for 3 hours to be officially a blizzard
