Getting a new phone and would like opinions

I am debating between a Samsung GS4, GS5, and an HTC One. I have read quite a few reviews but would like more. My questions are:
Which phone do you have?
What do you like about it?
What do you dislike about it?
What was the selling point to you?
And no I have no interest in an iphone.

Nothing that I dislike about the phone, really impressed with the Camera and overall quality of Samsung phones.

I have the Nexus 5 and I'm happy with it. I don't need the extra stuff that Samsung and others put in their phones. I used to have the GS3, and it was good. I just made an upgrade decision.

I just got an Iphone 5S and it is just like the damn Iphone 3. Literally no changes have been made in 5 years.

Why would you consider the GS4 when the GS5 is out? Basically an upgraded GS4.
I have the GS5 now and so far it is a solid upgrade over my galaxy nexus I had for 2 years.
No experience with the HTC one other than my co worker had one for a week and returned it for an iPhone 5s. Not sure why other than he is a little technically challenged and it wasn't easy to use.

Im considering the GS4 since it is $300 cheaper. What makes the Nexus a good phone? Ive never really considered one.

Got my GS5 and loving it. Waiting for my 32GB microSD to come in to use it to its full potential.

Top specs for much less that other flagships. IMO the Nexus 5 looks great and feels great in the hand. For me battery life has been more than enough. I average 4 hours of screen time and 24 hours total. You get updates first if that's important to you. I would get a Nexus 5 over the S4 unless you like Touchwiz features or you have to have a micro sd card. It has a better processor and it won't be slowed down by Touchwiz.

I have the Galaxy S5, and I'm actually pretty disappointed with it. I may return it.

Nexus 5
It's a great phone with a clean OS that gets the latest Android updates immediately. No downsides to the phone for me.
