Lol, bmi

A chart made in the 50's and never updated so medical association can call more people fat.

PS Majority of pro athletes are considered obese by the BMI chart.

26 for me to be normal, I'd have to cut a leg off. I would not be healthy by the BMI chart.

This is worded strangely. Are you saying you're a pro athlete, or are you saying you have a BMI of 26 and you'd need to cut a leg off to get under 25?

It's a good thing you are a pro athlete.

Which pro team do you play for?

Can you imagine how much those guys in the 50s looked like people from Auschwitz.

This drives me up the wall.

People act like they would look like death camp victims if they weighed what their grandparents weighed when they were their age.

What changed? Did God change the way he created our skeletal structure?

I shot for 200 when I started losing weight, because I said much less and I'd look sick. Then when I got to 200, I said ok 190. At 190 I said 180 and that's definitely my concentration camp line.

Sitting at 178 and could probably go down to 170 and not look anything but good if I wanted to. Our perceptions are just so warped these days.

Jesus you are the biggest tard of the day and that is saying something.

There are actually some findings lately that show males as a whole, carry less muscle mass at the start of our teenage years than past generations.

Not surprising. It doesn't take much muscle to work an xbox controller.

BMI is a good metric because the majority of the population aren't bodybuilders or pro athletes

eta: most don't even exercise regularly
